"Lifehacker Top 5 Wallpaper Sites" | |||

That's great, Ryan. I checked out wallbase, like everyone else. Nice interface, but I love the way you're able to mix realism with fantasy / sci-fi and make it look fully real, like a place I could actually go visit (if I had the capability). Keep up the awesome work, I hope to see many more years of great stuff as a lifetime member :-D |

Glad I took a moment yesterday to vote! I've been coming here since 2000-ish and a member since then, nearly all the time. Haiku was also my first love. :D |

I've been coming here since about 2000 andf I've been a massive fan of your wallpapers since I saw the first "Haiku". I'm really glad I'm not on my own in appreciating what you do for us all. |

You deserve the praise & recognotion! |

Your site creaky interface isnt that bad as some of the others. I did check out the other sites, and Wallbass having a good interface and a good selection was nice but it crashed Iexplorer9 too frequently to be usefull. :P |

You'd think there would be more said about it or you or an interview or something... but was just a run down of the votes. http://lifehacker.com/5876754/most-popular-wallpaper-site-digital-blasphemy |

Tried voting for you Tyan but their site wasn't working properly - kept hanging. I hope you win, without being a kisser of butt your work is by far the best out there. |

Ryan, I've been following your work since you began way back in 1997. I remember I was searching for some good wallpapers for my super-duper 486 PC (remember them?). I found your site and have never been anywhere else...well, except for a brief flirtation with deviantArt but their images just didn't have the quality, depth and originality that yours have. That's why I'm now a life member of DB. Keep up the exceptional work, and even if you don't win this poll you'll still be the best in the eyes of all your members. |

.... but Digital Blasphemy. From what I can tell its you on your own against "huge" groups of people or databases of collected images. One man against them all =P |

As a lifetime member, i voted for DB as soon as i heard about the ballot! All I use for desktops are my occasionally decent photo's or your artwork. That's it! :) |
