Obviously, you need to take as much time as needed to get back on your feet. We can manage all right in the meantime - last time I checked, I had so many of your renders I can't remember them all - the term "vault" comes to mind :) Take it one day at a time! we'll do the same... Besides, I think most of us have plenty of things to think about with Christmas approaching (BTW, I hope you xmas shopping is complete!). Get well, and have a very merry xmas nonetheless! |

Ryan, best wishes for a speedy and full recovery, and DON'T PUSH YOURSELF. Your health is paramount so listen to the doctors. Besides, we're all plenty busy this holiday season and can certainly wait an extra week or two for a holiday wallpaper. Plus there are so many good ones from years past to use in the meantime! All the best, AriW Lifetime member |

So sorry to hear that you have been out with a painful condition. It's funny how life comes at ya sometimes. Been there, done that. I'm so glad to hear you're on the mend, and that's what matters. I know you will be back at work as soon as you can, but don't rush your recovery. I've seen what happens when people think they know better than doctors (I'm an emergency veterinarian, so I see that ALL the time!). You have built up a beautiful library of images that I am more than satisfied to look at for a while longer (I rotate through about a hundred or so on my desktop), so get well first! I am looking forward to the next figment of your imagination, and will be patient! Get well not only for us, but for your beautiful family's sake! |
||

The Christmas wallpaper will wait, there are so many we have from the recent years of Digital Blasphemy. The priority, as always it should be, is planning Christmas with your family |

I know what it's like to not be able to do the thing you love most because of sickness or pain. Remember, your work is not the only thing we members adore. Persistence, adaptibility and variety also make you a wonderful artist. Keep it up...but take a break for a bit! Don't push yourself too hard, or the world could lose a great artist way too early! Without you, our desktops would still be boring. |
||
MrScrith |
I know how sickness and surgery can totally mess up life, Get lots of rest and get well, we will all be here when you get back! |

Your health is more important than our desktop backgrounds. I broke my neck this time last year, but healed quickly.....Thank God! Hope your recovery is speedy also. Maybe give you some time to come up with some cool ideas for the future..depends on what kind of drugs they give you! Just kidding! Get well soon! |

Rest and recover. The thing that'll slow the healing process the most is worrying about meeting some sort of deadline. On the bright side, all those hours in bed are sure to give you some great creative inspirations! |

Being sick or in pain is a major bummer, so I hope that the surgery has left you feeling much better. Get well soon--we need your visions to keep us sane at work and school. :) |

Ryan, Hope you feel better soon. Was unlike you not to have posted in so long or not put up the multi-monitor renders, so I was a little worried but hoped for the best. Glad you're on the mend though. Went through a similar situation recently myself, glad that darn gallbladder is out now! Get some rest and be allow yourself to be pampered by your family! Best regards, Mark. |
