please disregard my previous comment, I can see now it is back up, thanks. |

I have an old Zune, 8 GB and I was looking for the new wallpapers using that resolution but all I saw were for the new Zune HD. Has the old flash Zune resolutions been removed or just not labeled? |

Curious: any idea how long before we get to see the new site? :) |

I do have two monitors, but I don't think that a picture would help much. My home PC is primarily for games, so the second monitor is for fluff; in fact, the primary 'user' is my one-year-old daughter, who likes to watch the visualization plugins in Winamp while I play games on my larger main screen. That's a good point, though - I don't use dual-screen wallpapers. I use DisplayFusion to use two separate single-screen wallpapers. Dunno how common that is... |

Sorry you don't like it. As I've said, this site is transitional and I put it together in under a week. I had hoped to switch over to DB 2.0 on the new server but it wasn't ready yet and my old boxes were starting to black-screen. The link structure down the site is how I've had it in the Members Gallery for the past year or two and I haven't had any major complaints. Perhaps the expandable links are not expanding for you so you are not seeing all of the gallery options. Try hitting Shift-CTRL-R to completely reload the page and then hover over the links with the ">>" to see more options. I thought the Cooliris plugin was a cool way to browse my gallery so I thought I should let people know about it. The holiday banner is a placeholder until I get my banners ads back online. I need to code up a way to only show the banners to Members, but I want to get a wallpaper done first. |

I hope the new site looks better then this one currently does. Just 2 years ago, it looked fantastic, yet with all the 'Facebook' and 'Twitter' widget things, the list of links which look identical at first glance, and a lot of different companies logos down the side, the site looks a mess. Add to that a 'happy holidays' at the top, and the one thing I don't see are computer artworks. Looking forward to DB 2.0. |

Could you elaborate please Jeromy? I would love to be able to tell Chrome users what to do if they have problems. |

Able to download now in Chrome, only change was in the encoding settings. New site looks great. |

using Firefox and no problem logging in! |

very nice new site, works like a charm |

I primarily use Firefox but I did test the site using a number of different browsers. I haven't had any trouble logging in using Chrome. I'm not sure what could be causing the trouble. |

Thanks for the look, Ryan. Looking forward to the new system. BTW, please tell me your web developer is not designing this thing to work on IE only! A third of the Web-browsing world uses something else and that number gets larger every month. Any new site should be tested at least with Firefox, Safari, and IE; adding Chrome and Opera would also be smart. |

Lookin foward to your next wallpaper! Hope it's a planetscape? :) |

I'm seeing a similar issue as Kaz mentioned below. When I login and then try to download from the pulldown menu it redirects me to the membership sign up page. I generally use Chrome as my browser so I tried with IE and the issue went away. Is there an issue with the new server and Chrome? |

Noted! That's coming with DB 2.0. |

If I may make a suggestion about logging into your new and improved site. It would be nice if there was a cookie that would allow us members to be remembered on your site when we visit, so logging in every time would not be needed. |
||
Ryan |
Clicking the large "thumbnails" on the preview pages will take everyone (member or otherwise) to the Signup page. Kaz: That is because I don't use cookies so the site doesn't know you are a Member until you try to use the download links, ratings, or the comment system. Your login info is only sent to my server when you are accessing protected files and the preview page itself is not protected. Hope that makes sense... The new site we are working on will use cookies and do away with HTTP authentication. Logged in Members shouldn't see any signup notices. MR: Yes, the early images have some hiccups. I will look into it. Thanks! |

The gallery is definitely still messed up. I was just looking at some of the oldest images ("Holding", for example) and when I pick 1600x1200 from the menu of resolutions I get a completely different image ("Fuego"). |
||
Kaz |
I'm sure it's just kinks to work out as the system moves, but I found even after logging in that if I clicked "Gallery" to view all the thumbnails and tried to view a full-size image from there, it took me to the "Sign up for a Member Account" page. Clicking on Login told me I was successfully logged in. Just wanted to pass it on, in case it wasn't a known issue. Thanks! Kaz |

I'm so glad DB is cooliris compatible. It's such a cool program, no pun intended. Plus, the iPhone app is cool too. I can now use it on my iTouch, and, hopefully, next year my iPhone if verizon gets them! |
||
Ryan |
I should add the the gallery works with the Cooliris iPhone app as well. You just need to plug in the feed (http://www.digitalblasphemy.com/rss/images.rss). |
