Trouble Logging In?Forgotten Login?
Reset your password by entering the email address you gave when you first signed up or last renewed:
Please enter the email address you gave when you signed up or last renewed. If the form doesn't accept any of your email addresses then either your account has expired (you can renew here with a discount) or you are not entering the same email address that as the one I have in my database.
Haven't Received Your Confirmation Email:If you paid through PayPal or Amazon then you will need the instructions in your confirmation email to activate your Membership. The email is sent immediately upon success of your transaction but various obstacles can keep you from seeing it in a timely manner.
If it's been more than 15 minutes or so and you are not seeing the activation email then please check your spam folder.Sometimes server generated emails are automatically routed there by some systems. Do a search in your entire mail folder (including spam) for digitalblasphemy.
If you paid using your credit card, then you had the option to create your login when your payment was completed. If you did not see the form or clicked away from it before you had the chance to create your login then you will need to check your confirmation email for instructions on how to create your account.
If your confirmation email has not arrived within 15 minutes, please send an email email@example.com and instructions will be sent to you ASAP.
Use Proper Capitalization:Your login is case sensitive, they must be entered exactly as you entered them when you first signed up. For example, if you selected "Billy" as your username and tried entering "billy" in the login prompt, it would fail. This is the number one cause of failed logins.
Expired Account:One reason for a failed login may be that your account has expired (older DB Memberships do not automatically renew). If you suspect that this may be the case please send me an email to confirm that your account is truly expired and then you can sign up again this form. I don't offer discounts to renewing Members but I have lowered the yearly rate for everyone.
System Trouble:If you are certain your account is still active, and you know your username and password, then the problem may be a computer mis-setting. Some PCs come with browsers set to anonymously and automatically log you in. This will cause your login to automatically fail when entering the gallery. Here's what you can do to make sure Windows is set to log you in properly.
There haven't been any login problems reported by Mac or Linux users, but if they occur I will post the fixes here.

Cancel your Membership?
If you have a non-recurring account then you don't need to do anything. Your account will expire on its own. If you have a newer, ongoing Membership, you can cancel here.
You will receive no mailings or other communcation from Digital Blasphemy once your account has expired.
Need a Refund?
Unfortunately, I can only offer refunds if you have never accessed the Members Gallery. Much like when you purchase a DVD , Music CD, or Software from a store; Memberships cannot be returned once they are opened. I can provide a partial credit if you purchased the wrong membership (1 year instead of 90 days for example). Just drop me a line if you have any questions.
