    		I've received a lot of emails from users of Myspace (and similar sites) asking if my images can be used for web page backgrounds. After responding to a couple hundred of them, I've decided to post my policy here for all to see. This policy is only for users wanting to use an image for a web page background, if you want to host some of my images as downloadable wallpapers, please see here.

    First of all, if your Myspace page is of commercial nature (promoting your business in some way) then you must purchase a commercial membership before you can use my work.

    Otherwise...

    If you are a Digital Blasphemy Member...

    You can choose to use an image from my entire collection for your web page background provided that you heed the following rules:
    1. You must host the graphic file yourself (see below for some sites which will host your files). I do not provide image hosting, and the image will not display on your page if you try to link to it on my server.
    2. Members only images (not in the free gallery) must be scaled down to at most 800 pixels wide. Free gallery images can be used at any resolution.
    3. An image credit and link is appreciated but not required.
    You must keep your Membership active to continue using my Members Only images.

    If you are not a Digital Blasphemy Member...

    You can choose to use an image from my free gallery for your web page background provided that you heed the following rules:
    1. You must host the graphic file yourself (see below for some sites which will host your files). I do not provide image hosting, and the image will not display on your page if you try to link to it on my server.
    2. You must provide an image credit and link to digitalblasphemy.com prominently on your page.
    I remove images from the free gallery from time to time, but you can leave any image that was once in the free gallery on your page if you follow the above rules.

    I cannot help you with HTML coding or theme issues. I only create the graphics so please don't ask.
