Digital Blasphemy 3D Wallpaper: Descension by Ryan Bliss

After creating Substellar I knew I wanted to do some sort of ground view scene using the planet. It seemed like just the right exercise after 7+ days of looking at the same Autumn tree. I intentionally kept the foreground simple because I might experiment with animating this scene (I've already added some wind to the palms).

Kevin	"Perfect" Tropical Moon of Thetis is an old favorite of mine and it's fun to see newer developments of that same concept. Additionally, I'm very excited to hear about upcoming animated wallpapers. I've discovered a wallpaper software that can play them but most of the available loops are low quality or awkwardly 'morphed' stills. I can't wait to see what you can do with it.
