A render tip for bryce: The quality of the final image is greatly dependant on how it is rendered. Fast preview will render quickly (a relative term), but will not be high quality even with anti-aliasing turned on (and Fine Art anti-aliasing has no effect in this mode). Turn off fast preview when you are doing your final render.
If you enable Fine Art anti-aliasing, be prepared for a wait. The image above, for example, rendered in under one hour at 1152 x 864 (PII300, 96 MB), with normal anti-aliasing. When I turned on the Fine Art, the render time jumped to 8 hours (I rendered it while I was away at work).
