Ryan's TipJar

This one was basically an exercise creating tree roots using Plant Factory and I thought they would contrast nicely against a forest floor in bloom. Can you tell I'm ready for spring?

"Lovely detail"
I like this wallpaper. Good detail and the blue flowers are a nice touch.

"The spring is here"
The spring is finally here and this render offers a good visualisation of its coming.

A suggestion - maybe the image would feel less busy if you reduce the depth of field, making the lower right corner less focused?

Not one of my favorites.

"Wonderful Detail"
I think this is one of your more impressive recent renders. I really like the abundance of flowers, and the details on the roots are amazing as well. Overall a brilliant piece in my mind.

This render is way to busy for my tastes. Not a favorite for me. But love that you are able to experiment with creating tree roots.

"So vibrant and detailed"
I do love Winter; however this is a great welcoming to the forthcoming Spring. The colors are so lush and rich. Great dimension as well!

Yes I am ready for some green and colours of spring, have to say this is what it looks like on the floor of a cedar forest in the far north (Canada), great detail, love it. Great render Ryan.

"Lovely picture, since winter is overrated"
Winter is scum; the worst three months of the year are Jan., Feb., and Dec.. So I really love those fuzzy green roots. However, on first thought when I received the email, I thought I was looking at a bright green kraken, since the roots are tentacle-like. But a great work overall. Die, winter, die!

I hear you, Ryan. I've reached capacity with all the snow, wind, freezing temperatures, and ice. Thanks for a reminder it's only temporary! I like the root shapes and the moss. The flowers are beautiful. Perhaps some rocks to tie the roots to the ground?

I'm probably butchering the spelling but this reminds me of Lothlorian from Lord of the Rings.
