Interested in a little exposure for your works? Here's your opportunity, the Digital Blasphemy User Galleries are visited by thousands every day. Before you submit, please look around my galleries to get an idea of what my visitors are used to seeing at Digital Blasphemy.
Here we go:
I don't post everything I'm sent, only the works I really like. Please don't be offended if I don't post your work, just try again with something different. It's been my experience that you get a little better with every render. I tend to favor more complex imagery, but I also appreciate works which are striking in their simplicity. Three pretty spheres floating over a purple mountain probably isn't going to get in though (even though I've made these images myself). I am growing weary of Terragen renders so I won't be including any more of them unless the image is like nothing I've seen before.
Please do not email me your images! Submissions made through email will not be considered.
Besides that, I have a few more formal restrictions:
- I won't be hosting the graphics on my server, so you will have to give me the urls (thumbnail and fullsize) which I will then link from my user gallery. Do not send me links to HTML pages. Send me links to the graphic files themselves (example: send http://www.yourserver.com/graphics/yourfile.jpg not http://www.yourserver.com/gallery/yourfile.html)
- My site is dedicated to computer generated art, so I will not be posting photographic work here at this time.
- Digital Blasphemy is a wallpaper site. All submissions must be 4:3 aspect ratio and be greater than 640 x 480 in resolution. Common desktop sizes are 800 x 600, 1024 x 864, 1152 x 864, and 1600 x 1200. 1280 x 1024 images must be cropped or distorted to fit properly at one of the "common", 4:3 resolutions, but I will accept them.
- Thumbnails must be 160 x 120, GIF or JPG format, and should be no bigger than 7 K. Your thumbnail must represent the whole image, no crops please.
- Digital Blasphemy is a family friendly site. Therefore I will not be posting any imagery depicting graphic sex or violence (unless I think it's really cool and in good taste).
Ok?
Thanks for participating.
