Hooded Peak (Night)

I wasn’t necessarily planning on doing a night version of this one because I wasn’t sure if lenticular clouds stayed around when the sun went down. Rather than worry about all that I decided to lean into their otherworldly aspect and also add some much needed illumination to the scene.
Strange things are definitely afoot on Hooded Peak 😁 . What do you think is going on here??

Just incredible – looks good on my phone and tablet, and will probably stay there for a while. I have been waiting for this one really. maybe it is time for another of those time series, and that great composite one across the day.
Please, please, PLEASE do a morning render, I would LOVE to have all of them cycle as a slideshow!
Know the colors are pushing hard at the boundaries of realistic, but it’s absolutely gorgeous. Thanks for creating this! 🙂
