An idea struck me as I was arranging the lights outside my “Comb” scene. What exactly ARE the lights? Well…now you know. Hopefully it will make one look at the abstract in a new light (lol). I’d wanted to render this in just a few days but unfortunately VUE’s depth of field is a little tricky with this sort of scene. I decided to use the “expensive” settings so it looked best but took a bit longer.

The triple screen on my 32 inch monitors makes it feel like being inside a Christmas tree.

Makes me wish I had a triple screen so I could have that one up on my desktop and have even more Xmas baubles

I LOVE this Christmas render, Ryan!! I think this is one of your best holiday renders ever. I love that it has a little more blue & green in it and that you get up close & personal w/ the lights, branches, & the ornaments. Just updated my desktop background to this for the rest of the holiday season.

I love how the colors are so subtle, but still very much alive. It just gives me a warm feeling, much like a great piece of music.

That is just beautiful…
Thank you.

This almost looks like the Holiday-themed results of “Containment”

It surely appears to be one, doesn’t it? Yeah, it is. The entire scene reminds me of a gentler time when we were little, yet had big dreams…as to what was under the tree; that’s what it brings to mind. Once again, you knock it outta the park, Sir Bliss. Blesh ye, sir, and have a wonderful Christmas.

Amazing idea to transform a render!
