Description
After creating Substellar I knew I wanted to do some sort of ground view scene using the planet. It seemed like just the right exercise after 7+ days of looking at the same Autumn tree. I intentionally kept the foreground simple because I might experiment with animating this scene (I’ve already added some wind to the palms).

I think this may be my all-time favorite. I love Space and Oceans!

This is so cool, love the awesome detail and lighting, one of my favorite other world renders, thanks Ryan

I’m also a long-time fan of Thetis Moon, starting with the original, so this is a definite new favorite!!
Personally, I’d love a little more of the color in the reflection, but I love reflections in water, so that’s just me. This is wonderful!

As others have said, Thetis Moon is a personal favourite and this is a great variation on that theme. Straight to the desktop and my phone!

Gorgeous lighting! I’m hoping the ringed planet isn’t dense enough to cause gigantic tides where I’m standing on this planet.

I like the whole thing, but the shadow on the rings suggests an opportunity to highlight the foreground on the side opposite the shadow. Just a thought. Good work, Ryan, as usual.

I have always liked these type of scenes. I dig the planet “Crispness/ Detail”. love it! Ty Ryan!

This one is sort of a revisit of “The Hive” but I could do more…

I was wondering about potential updates to say, Gaia, or the Hive… just curious.

I agree with Kevin that the Tropical Moon of Thetis is a favorite. For me, it’s one of my all time favorites EVER (along with Flourescence!) and this is such a COOL rendition of it! Love it!

Tropical Moon of Thetis is an old favorite of mine and it’s fun to see newer developments of that same concept. Additionally, I’m very excited to hear about upcoming animated wallpapers. I’ve discovered a wallpaper software that can play them but most of the available loops are low quality or awkwardly ‘morphed’ stills. I can’t wait to see what you can do with it.

Really like the the color of the rings on this one!

Keep up the good work!
