Description
A number of folks requested a “night” version of “Fall Ephemeral”. I’d already done a moonlit version of the scene so I wanted to do something a bit different this time. It occurred to me that a version with the sun hanging low and a dark sky would make the autumn leaves pop.

Your trees look more realistic every year. I love the texture of the bark in this one.
Also, I love that you are never “flashy” with your color composition. The saturation is always just right, including this one.

I prefer this one to the day version. I think the details how up better. Nicer colours

This is a favorite because of the steady warm colors and no bright spots. Easy on my eyes. Thanks for the excellent piece.

Like this a lot more than the original, though it is also quite nice. This one seems to be more saturated and also seems to have more contrast. Thank you!

I love this! Spooky but subtle with the dark sky and the setting sun. Could easily be a Halloween wallpaper which is a huge plus in my book. I love Halloween.

This one is pretty. I like the mysterious vibe and the colors of the leaves do stand out in contrast against the dark sky. Well done!
