I like to do at least one Christmas theme every year. Sometimes it’s 100% holiday inspired but I also enjoy taking my favorite scenes that I’ve made and decorating them for Christmas. This year I’m starting out with a holiday version of “The Pioneer Spirit” from 2019. I thought it would be a nice statement on how the Christmas spirit travels wherever we do, even light years away from Earth. I only noticed just today that someone commented that it would make a nice Christmas image back in 2019. Perhaps that comment stuck in the back of my mind these past five years. Either way, I hope you enjoy it!

I like the concept of this one. And I love when you take older renders and make them into Christmas renders, but this one just doesn’t feel Christmasy enough for my personal taste. Can’t wait to see the other one you have going for us all. Thanks Ryan, you are truly a gifted artist.

Okay, really a 4.9 rating. Love the Christmas anywhere concept. But one minor nitpick question, How do you get from one dome to another? Spacewalk? Hmmm…

However, one of the pods facing the tree needs a window polygon or two so the pioneers can see the tree. (it might also be cool to see Santa, his sleigh and the reindeer in space suites, delivering presents. Silly, I know, but then again, I’m in a whimsical Holiday mood. :o)
