Description
Experimenting here with Cinema 4D’s new liquid simulations. The particles here are actually the building blocks of the simulation and can be unified into a “liquid” mesh but I thought they looked more interesting in their discrete form. I modeled the red central structure separately and added it to the scene to provide a bit of order amidst all the chaos.

4 Stars!
This would be really good with some different color variations for the red and blue(ish) elements. I’ve always loved your abstracts. It would be really great to see some color variations for the pickle jar, though.

I like it, but, like Kazz, the lossless version appears to be missing.

Sorry about that! There was an issue with my upload and the Lossless Masters weren’t properly linked. They should be available now!

I like to be honest. When I saw this the completely distracting contrast of the red center to the rest of the outstanding natural looking image is just way over the top. It is far TOO organized and looks like something pasted in there that does not belong. I dig the blue gray areas, because nature and natural things are chaotic. The spiral is completely unnatural and far too great a contrast for the image to be pleasing to look at.

I love it but you need a Trypophobia warning for those that have that problem

Oooooo, this one is so eerie to me for some reason. It almost feels like some amalgamation of cancerous cells and an parasitic alien lifeform growing inside of its host. This normally wouldn’t be my type of abstract, but it just draws me in. As always, your work is captivating, Ryan. Thank you for sharing it with us.
