This was one of the “early DB homeruns”, and to me, is still amazing, program quirks and all. Almost two decades later, it might be a candidate to receive the benefit of experience gained and technology refined.

I rendered this using a discontinued program called “World Builder” which was famous for its quirks.

Surely the reflections are wrong in this image? In the image they’re continuing the downward line from the tree! Is this a by-product of the angle from which the scene is being viewed?
