By popular request here’s a moonlit version of “Glacier Valley“. I thought it was going to be a major challenge to light this scene “naturally” (only from the moon) but I think it turned out quite nicely.

Quite a few folks requested a night version of “Glacier Valley” and I still might attempt one. First I thought it would be fun to do a version with the sun low on the horizon bathing the scene in rosy light. I hope you enjoy it!

I’ve been on a bit of an abstract kick lately so thought it time to jump back into sceneries if only to keep my skills sharp. For this piece I’m exploring Gaea2’s new “glacier” node which allows you to add (you guessed it) glaciers to your landscapes. Also trying to incorporate rivers into my VUE scenes which presented some interesting challenges. I hope you enjoy it!
